Writing reports, summarizing documents, preparing presentations, analyzing data… These everyday tasks can now be done faster and better thanks to AI. However, using it effectively and responsibly is key. This training is designed for all employees, regardless of your role. No technical jargon here: you will learn how to interact with AI, produce high-quality professional content, and integrate these new tools into your daily work with confidence. ➡️ What this training will change for you: · Increase your productivity by automating writing, summarization, and analysis tasks using AI · Master advanced prompting techniques to obtain relevant, reliable, and ready-to-use results · Develop your autonomy in creating professional multimedia content (texts, images, presentations, videos) 🎯 Program: 3 intensive, highly practical days: Before the training: an e-learning module on AI fundamentals, to be completed before Day 1 so you can start with the basics in place. · You will discover the fundamentals of generative AI and learn prompting techniques to effectively interact with leading tools on the market (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Microsoft Copilot…). · You will create a wide range of professional content using AI: writing, summarization, data analysis, visual creation, presentations, and multimedia materials. · You will integrate AI into your daily business processes in a responsible and compliant way: each step will be guided and applied to your own project. Come with a real project! Contenu de la formation
Before the training: e-learning on AI fundamentals
- Prior to the training: an e-learning module on AI fundamentals, to be completed before Day 1 to ensure you start with the necessary basics in place.
Day 1: Understanding AI and mastering prompting
- Dive into AI: understand the principles of generative AI and its impact on your profession
- Ethics, bias, GDPR, AI Act: real-life cases and key reflexes for responsible AI use
- Overview of major LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Microsoft Copilot – strengths, limitations, and complementarities
- The art of advanced prompting: design structured and contextualized prompts to interact effectively with generative AI
- Hands-on workshop: creating prompts tailored to different professional contexts
- Adapting prompts based on context, target audience, and available data
- Developing critical thinking toward AI outputs: detecting hallucinations, minimizing errors, verifying and improving generated content
Day 2: Producing professional content with AI
- AI-assisted professional writing: emails, reports, summaries, briefs, articles
- Document analysis and summarization: leveraging AI to process large volumes of information
- Creating presentations and visual materials with AI
- Generating professional images using AI tools (Seelab, Ideogram, DALL·E…)
- Exploring multimedia tools: audio, video, and interactive content generation (Wondercraft, Lumen5, Heygen…)
- Creating your own customized AI assistant using Gems (Gemini), GPTs (ChatGPT), and Projects (Claude): configure a tailored assistant for your business needs without technical skills; introduction to shadow AI and related governance challenges
- Role-based hands-on workshop: producing professional content adapted to your context (support, operational, sales, technical roles…)
- Feedback and identification of best practices
Day 3: Certification preparation
- Detailed presentation of RS6891 requirements (C1 to C5)
- Certification preparation: support in structuring the written report; preparation for the oral presentation (advice and mock sessions); personalized recommendations to successfully obtain the certification

Modalités de certification
- At the end of the training, you will take the certification: “Producing and reviewing professional multimedia content using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) tools in a responsible manner.” It is registered in the French Répertoire spécifique of France Compétences: RS6891 (Certifying body: CERTIFOPAC / 28.11.2024 – 28.11.2027). The certifying body, Certifopac, is responsible for assessing the skills acquired by candidates. To obtain the certification, learners must demonstrate their ability to apply the competencies defined in the certification framework, namely: Selection of GAI tools: ability to choose relevant technologies based on needs Interaction with GAI: ability to effectively interact with AI to achieve optimal results Content creation: mastery of production methods aligned with business objectives Content optimization: application of techniques to improve AI-generated outputs Ethical and regulatory considerations: consideration of bias, confidentiality, and legal compliance when designing solutions More information on the competency framework is available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f3r0QGgvu28sZ-1x3Quu2SJbz4B3gA3-/view The evaluation process takes place in two stages: 1. Written assessment: Writing a report (maximum 10 pages) detailing a practical case, real or fictional, related to GAI tools Demonstration of competencies C1 to C4 Submission of the report via WEDOF at least 15 days before the oral examination 2. Oral assessment: A 20-minute presentation via videoconference before a jury Presentation time: 10 minutes to present the results obtained Jury Q&A: 10 minutes to validate competency C5 Le Bahut will handle your registration for the certification with Certifopac. - The certification “Producing and reviewing professional multimedia content using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) tools in a responsible manner” aims to address the growing skills needs related to the use of new generative AI technologies. These tools, such as conversational agents, bring an innovative and disruptive dimension to the way professional multimedia content (texts, images, videos, audio) is created, while also raising ethical, legal, and security challenges. According to the French National Assembly’s information report on the challenges of generative artificial intelligence in terms of generated content usage, published on February 16, 2023, GAI is “less likely to eliminate jobs than to redefine the skills required to perform them. The risk lies less in job destruction than in the loss of employability for individuals who have not been trained in the use of GAI.
